Laboratory for Products from Nontraditional  Raw Materials

Creates  new products and technologies of raw materials not  traditional for the canning industry – nuts, cereal bases with and without combinations of fruit and vegetable components.

Studies the consumers’  preferences  towards the product proposed for development;

Analyses the results  of the consumers’  preferences and formulates the requirements  to the proposed product;

Develops variants of projects  for the product  in conformity with its formula;

Tests recipes and  technological variants in conformity with  the projects of the product;

Studies the acceptance by  the consumers  of the developed  variants of the respective product;

Analyses  and defines the optimal variant of the product  with the highest  potential realization for the respective group of consumers.
